PRO HDMI® 5V Power Injector
Kordz · HDMI Power Injector
Passive, active copper and active optical HDMI cables for 4K and 8K: choose by bandwidth, length and installation (in-wall, rack).
Two questions decide it: how much bandwidth the signal needs (4K60 uses 18Gbps; 8K and 4K120 need 48Gbps) and how long the run is. Passive cables suit short runs; long runs use active copper or active optical (AOC) cables to keep the signal intact.
For in-wall runs choose a UL CMG fire-rated jacket; in tight racks choose short connectors with firm retention and fine length steps so there is no excess cable.
| Series | Type | Bandwidth | Lengths available | Use when |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ONE-HD | Passive | 18Gbps · 4K | 0.5–5 m | High-volume projects at sensible cost |
PRO3-HD | Passive | 18Gbps · 4K60 HDR | 0.5–9 m | 4K devices in meeting rooms, 1 kg retention |
PRO3-HD | Active copper | 18Gbps · 4K60 HDR | 7.5–12.5 m | Longer 4K runs, no external power |
PRO4-HD | Passive | 48Gbps · 8K60 / 10K60 | 0.5–9 m | 8K and 4K120 sources and displays |
PRS4 Passive HDMI® Cable | Passive | 48Gbps | 0.5–9 m | When a 2 kg die-cast connector is needed |
R.4-HD | Passive | 48Gbps · 8K | 0.3–3 m (0.3 m steps) | Rack dressing and marine; LSZH jacket |
PRO4-HD | Active optical (AOC) | 48Gbps · 8K / 10K | 7.5–100 m | Long runs: halls, large rooms |
The PRO-HD5VI HDMI 5V power injector feeds stable 5V into the HDMI port so active cables run reliably. Not sure which series to pick? Send Liza the source, display and run length.
