Installation Socket For M Modules
Hotel ballrooms, auditoriums, convention centres
Halls & ballrooms
A ballroom changes function with every event. Hanging points and lifts concealed in the ceiling lower to rig lighting, loudspeakers, projectors and screens and retract afterwards, leaving the ceiling finish intact; the whole system is controlled in groups.
Why it matters
Four things that change in the room
01
The ceiling finish stays intact
Hanging points and lifts are concealed in the ceiling and lower only for an event, replacing exposed hooks.
02
Faster event set-up
Lower the points to working height to rig lighting, loudspeakers and screens; power and signal follow on a retractable cable reel.
03
Group control
Hanging points are linked by RS485 for individual or group control with status monitoring of every unit.
04
A range of load ratings
Choose the series by load: from 150 kg to 1250 kg per point depending on the series.
Suggested equipment
What Halls & ballrooms typically need

Retractable hanging points | Per temporary rigging position | Columns with power and signal ports, for lighting, loudspeakers and projectors rigged per event. | 1 |
Projector lifts | 1 per projector | Choose by projector weight and required travel. | 11 |
Lift controllers | 1 set | Centralised management of hanging points and lifts, operated from a tablet. | 1 |
Floor boxes | Per stage layout | Stage, technical desk, lectern positions. | 3 |
Wall plates | Per floor plan | Signal points around the hall walls. | 3 |
